Beach & Bath Towels
We are industry leaders in beach and bath towel manufacturing. You can find our towels in many high street shops in the UK, on tennis courts worldwide, and in football and rugby club shops across the UK. We produce Jacquard woven and digitally-printed bespoke beach and bath towels, with 8 to 10 week lead times.
Our bespoke, state-of-the-art digital printing has MOQs of 250 pieces per design. The digital printing technique creates a high definition quality for each towel. Ink is injected deep into the pile of the towel, creating remarkably detailed and photorealistic images.
If you choose Jacquard woven towels, we have MOQs of 100 pieces per design. Adding other types of weave to a traditional Jacquard towel adds dimension and texture. For example, consider relief weave, effect weave, double Jacquard border, or a dobby border.

THE PROCESS

Design, Development & Visuals
Our designers can work with the most basic drawings to create your bespoke beach and bath towel visuals. Once you have placed your order, we will create a technical sketch for your approval. Moreover, we can send yarn options for colour matching if required. After this, bulk production will take place.
Fabric & Trims
Our terry towelling or velour beach and bath towels are produced using OEKO-TEX® certified, 100% cotton. They come with The Cotton Textile Company branded care labels. However, if you wish to customise your towels differently, we can use plain labels or you can supply your own branded labels and swing tickets.

Account Management
Communication is key to making sure production runs smoothly. For this reason, we will keep you up-to-date with the status of your production at all times. In other words, meeting with you regularly by telephone, virtually or in person, so you always know what stage your project is at.

Product Testing & QC
If your products require testing this is something we can do. All our products are QC checked during production.
