Bespoke Sports Towels
Bespoke sports towels can be produced in smaller sizes, perfect for drying sweaty palms and mopping brows. Our sports towels are used on tennis courts worldwide, and found in football and rugby club shops across the UK.
Our bespoke sports towels come in two standard sizes, with MOQs of 100 pieces. Firstly, a Jacquard woven towel, which is 40 x 60 cm. These can incorporate relief or effect weaves, and double Jacquard borders. There is also a digitally-printed option that measures 50 x 100 cm.
If you are looking for golf towels, we can create beautiful designs. Overall, tartans are most effective. They’re mostly a velour quality, 450gsm and 40 x 50 cm, and we can supply with or without a carabiner and grommet.
Our sports towels come with The Cotton Textile Company branded care labels. However, if you want to customise your towels further, you can choose unbranded or supply your branded labels. To reduce the use of polythene, we bulk pack unless requested otherwise.

THE PROCESS

Design, Development & Visuals
Our designers can work with the most basic drawings to create your bespoke sports towel visuals. Once the orders are placed, we will produce a preproduction technical sketch for your approval. We can also supply yarn swatches to match to if required. After this, bulk production will take place.
Fabric & Trims
Our terry towelling or velour sports towels are produced using OEKO-TEX® certified 100% cotton and come with The Cotton Textile Company branded care labels. However, if you want to customise your towels further, you can choose unbranded or supply your own branded labels.

Account Management
Communication is key to making sure production runs smoothly. For this reason, we will keep you up-to-date with the status of your production at all times. In other words, meeting with you regularly by telephone, virtually or in person, you always know what stage your project is at.

If your products require testing this is something we can do. All our products are QC checked during production.
