Wonderfully soft bespoke throws and blankets made in the UK from brushed recycled cotton, skilfully woven in Lancashire by craftspeople with generations of experience; a truly British creation. Since MOQs are as low as 25 pieces, these reversible bespoke throws and blankets are a cost-effective way to introduce a new product line to your range. Additionally, they can be finished with or without a traditional blanket stitch.
Moreover, if you require higher quantities, we can also produce blankets in Turkey. Indeed, these throws and blankets are beautifully produced with cotton, cotton blends or recycled yarns. What’s more, our partner can produce a wide range of designs, including tartans, gorgeous debossed or embossed weaves, and finish them with fringing or blanket stitch. Furthermore, MOQs start at 350 pieces.

THE PROCESS

Design & Development
Our designers can work with your drawings or artwork to create your bespoke throw or blanket visuals. Depending on the design and type of weave desired, the maximum number of colours we can usually work with is two or three. Subsequent to your approval and order, we will produce a preproduction sample or studio visual for your approval. After this, bulk production will start.
Fabric & Trims
There are many stock yarn colours to choose from and, furthermore, we can dye yarn to match a Pantone colour when producing in Turkey. Notably, we can offer different yarn blends and supply branded care labels, your brand label or plain if preferred. Also, if part of the design, blanket stitching can be tonal or contrasting.

Account Management
Communication is key to making sure production runs smoothly. For this reason, we will keep you up-to-date with the status of your production at all times. In other words, meeting with you regularly by telephone, virtually or in person, so you always know what stage your project is at.

Product Testing & QC
All our products are QC checked in-line during production. Moreover, product testing can be arranged.
