We’re a bespoke hat, scarf and glove manufacturer with over 40 years of industry experience. Caps, bobble hats, beanies, scarves and gloves increase brand awareness and are fantastic additions to grow your retail ranges.
Our most popular scarves, beanies and bobble hats are 100% acrylic. Your logo is knitted into the product and we can add embroidery. Our current lead times are 4 to 6 weeks and the MOQ is 50 pieces. Contact us if you are searching for something more luxurious, such as wool or cashmere.
We can offer bespoke caps with an MOQ of 144 pieces per design, or off-the-shelf caps that we can brand for you with print or embroidery.
Customers can customise their headwear with a variety of branding options. Embellishments, such as embroidery, badges, patches, branded tape or hem tags, instantly promote your brand. Using individual logos for specific organisations and clubs is popular.

Design, Development & Visuals
Our designers can work with the most basic drawings to create your bespoke accessory visuals. Once you place your order, we will produce a preproduction technical sketch for your approval. After this, bulk production will take place.
Fabric & Trims
All our 100% acrylic knitwear products come with plain care labels. However, if you want to customise them further, you can supply your own branded labels.

Account Management
Communication is key to making sure production runs smoothly. For this reason, we will keep you up-to-date with the status of your production at all times. In other words, meeting with you regularly by telephone, virtually or in person, you always know what stage your project is at.
