    Typical MOQs are 1000 per colour and design, which can be split between sizes. With a maximum of six colours, you can create unique and stand-out designs. If you don’t have designs, we have an in-house designer who can help bring your ideas to life. Our bespoke sock lead times are 6 to 8 weeks. Lastly, all orders come with a standard header card or belly band that you can design. Get in touch for prices and more information.

    THE PROCESS

    Design, Development & Sampling

    Our designers can work with the most basic drawings to create your bespoke sock visuals. We can knit with up to six colours including the base sock colour and furthermore, we can create designs for header cards or belly band packaging. Once the order is placed we will make a preproduction sample for your approval. After this, bulk production will take place.

    Fabric & Trims

    We produce socks made with cotton, organic cotton and bamboo, typically blended with polyamide and elastane. The design determines the percentage of each yarn used. In addition, header cards and belly bands can be printed with your designs too.

    Sock Manufacturing

    Our sock manufacturing partners are in Turkey. We have established strong relationships over several years and visit them annually. They have BSCI, OEKO-TEX® and GOTS certifications.

    Account Management

    Communication is key to making sure production runs smoothly. For this reason, we will keep you up-to-date with the status of your production at all times. In other words, by meeting with you regularly by telephone, virtually or in person, you always know what stage your project is at.

    Garment Testing & QC

    TCTC has a performance standards manual for sock testing. Therefore, our garment technologist works closely with you and the laboratory to ensure your product is compliant with UK standards. No returns! Along with our 2.5 AQL QC procedure, our process gives you confidence and comfort when retailing your designs.
